Absolutely amazing service. We took our BMW650i to Dee in East Grinstead cos the convertible roof had stopped working. Such a great guy, so knowledgeable and helpful. Got the problem diagnosed and fixed within an hour and a half and at a really reasonable price too! Couldn’t be happier. Thoroughly recommend mother here today absolutely amazing service, friendly , warm and welcoming. Fixed my roof in a hour and very reasonable would highly recommend.

Me dee is top man. Straight to point. Very quick brilliant job done on my peugeot 207cc. Found the problem and fixed with Very reasonable price highly recommended thanks again.

Yesterday my car hood stopped working. I went online. And found this place. I gave the gentleman a call and he was very courteous and welcoming.
He asked me to bring the car in. The drive was quite long but worth it. I went to a coffee shop whilst he diagnosed the problem and within an hour got it fixed.
He was very reasonable and a pleasure to deal with.
There’s reasons why this guy gets 5 stars.
I will be coming again and thank you.

I gave this place a try based on Google reviews for my Mercedes A208 roof fault. The proprietor Dee is a really friendly and straight talking guy. He took 4.5 hours to trace and fix the fault but only charged me for 4, and his hourly rate is very low. He gave me useful tips on using and maintaining my roof. Extremely impressed with the service and he will be my go to guy for any future soft top issues. Highly recommended.

I needed recent work on my Audi A4's electronic comfort module and was extremely pleased with Dee for his professional knowledge and expertise in resolving this issue for my convertible. He kept me up to date with photos on how the work was progressing with suggestions where appropriate and all work was completed to a high standard , including a reasonable price. Can I just say he's a honest man, you get your moneys worth, I will be using him in the future and recommending family and friends to his service, and for being a female some mechanics take advantage because they think we don't know about cars, but he explained to detail and he got the job done professionally and within a few hours, I have an Audi A4 Cabriolet convertible and I had taken it to an different roof top speacialist and he had tried to rip me off and given false information, all this lovely man had done was a diagnostic testing and reset the roof and it's working not saying that will work for your car but mine that's all what needed doing, the stress is over as I thought maybe a new car is needed but I am an happy with today outcome.
